ONE GARAGE. ONE EMPIRE.
Hodl-n-Roll is a comedy management sim about an ordinary person who buys a dusty garage and finds an old PC with a tired graphics card in a box of junk.
In the free browser demo, you have three in-game days to get the operation running: manage power limits and bills, keep equipment stable, and respond to a suspicious offer. The larger story is planned to expand into a basement operation and office, with hires, rivals, and new rules; those later chapters are not in the current demo.
Try the free 3-day demo in 11 languages: https://demo.hodlnroll.com
An account is required to start and save. The in-game economy and currency are fictional; there are no real-world trades or cash payouts. The page art is promotional illustration, not gameplay footage.
If you play, I’d love to hear: which early choice felt most interesting, and what should be clearer?
Hey, I built Cudic — a free browser tool for making and playing small games.
What's in it: • A game gallery — play what other people made, no download • A Studio editor (VS Code style) for building your own games and sites • Chat + lobbies, and theme packs you can apply to the whole thing
What I'd love you to try:
- Open the gallery and play a game — do the games load fast for you?
- Make something tiny in the editor (a clicker, a square that moves) and publish it
- Tell me where you get stuck
It's early and I'm self-taught, so blunt feedback is more useful to me than "nice work". If something's broken on your device, say which browser and I'll fix it.

Try the playable browser version: https://www.mogul-forge.com/play.html
We are also inviting genuine players worldwide to the Android closed beta through official Google Play:
- Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/mogul-forge-beta-players

Use the same Google account for all three steps. We need Android players willing to stay opted in for at least 14 days and actually explore the game. No payment, ratings or positive reviews required.
We would love honest feedback on: the first 15 minutes and tutorial, business progression and balancing, Legacy rewards, bugs or crashes, and whether optional rewarded ads are clear.
Actual game screenshots, videos and press assets: https://www.mogul-forge.com/press.html
The browser build is publicly playable; the Android release is still in Google Play closed testing. Free-to-play with optional rewarded ads and purchases. Tell us what is fun and what needs work.
I'm the developer of AntConquest, an online strategy game where you grow and command your own ant colony. It's free, runs in the browser, and there's nothing to download. You hunt to feed your colony, expand your territory, unlock research, trade, spy on rivals and fight alliance wars against other players. The game is available in English and French.
It's an indie project still in its early days, so I'd love feedback on balance, the interface and any bugs you run into. One click starts a colony: https://antconquest.com

I’m the developer of Percolate: Business Tycoon, published as fraplsr. The game launches on Google Play on 14 October 2026.
You begin with a café in Lisbon, but coffee is only the starting point. Build a company across eight sectors and ten cities: cafés, bakeries, groceries, restaurants, hotels, gyms, electronics and apparel. Manage premises, prices, staffing, supplies and weekly finances. Stock-market and football-club management are also part of the game.
Access: the first five in-game years of each career are free. Continuing requires a one-time full-game unlock. Optional cosmetics and extra career slots are separate one-time purchases. No ads or subscriptions.
Languages: English, Italian, German, Spanish, French and Russian.

Start with a small accelerator setup, sell inference, reinvest cash, and expand the power, land, GPUs, and data-center infrastructure that let the business scale. As your operation grows, new systems and civilization decisions come into play.
This is an early playtest, and I’m still tuning the economy and making construction choices easier to understand. I’d especially value feedback on what you chose to build first and whether the payoff was clear. OpenAI Codex helped create parts of the game.

Hi everyone! I'm working on a game right now called Ski-E-O! Ski Resort Tycoon.
It's a Ski Resort management game where you run ski resorts on real mountains from around the world, built from 1-meter LiDAR data, so it's accurate to the meter. It also has seasons and real weather for each area.
I often feel like tycoon/management games like this really miss the mark when it comes to controller ports, or getting things to run on platforms like Steam Deck. I refuse to lower guest counts, or give Steam Deck players a lower-end experience. It should feel just as great to play this game on Steam Deck as it would on any other platform.
I'm not quite there yet, but I would love this community's feedback on what has worked for similar titles on Steam Deck, for control schemes, performance, visuals, etc.
Thank you!

Hi guys, a solo indie dev here.
Number Machine is an open ended factory automation game with math mechanics inspired by Opus Magnum and Infinifactory. I contacted the author of these two games (Zach of Zachtronics) and we agreed to a Steam Bundle with all 3 games at launch.
Demo campaign has 10 levels, mostly simple tutorial ones and a few harder later on. There are online histograms, friend scores and world record charts, all fully server side verified.
Controller support included, but I suggest mouse and keyboard since you're mostly editing a factory design.
Full version is in a month on November 6th.

Game name: Hotel Is Hungry
There’s no farming in the game. Instead, you run an inn for monsters, prepare meals, decorate your inn, and befriend your monster guests.
I tried making this trailer with a different feel from my previous one.
Edit: Since the video starts mid-game, it seems to have caused some misunderstanding, so here's the idea. You take junk (TVs, radios, cars) apart, process the parts into raw materials, and ship them out until the heap is gone.
Hey everyone, been working on this for a bit and wanted to share.
The game is called Unfactory. Instead of mining raw materials to build products, you start with a massive heap of junk and have to work backwards—digging it out, breaking it down, sorting the parts, and shipping them off.
Still super early in development, but I wanted to see if the core loop makes sense. Does the idea come across clearly in the video, or does it just look chaotic? Would love any feedback
Correction about how this prototype was made: I said I made the 3D models myself. That was incorrect. The models shown were generated by Blender scripts written with AI, with no manual modelling or retouching by me. AI also has a substantial role in the Unreal code, the scripts that produce the sounds, and the video editing and English writing.
I’m a solo developer and I also do 3D modelling. After previous projects struggled to find an audience, I tried a different approach: use AI to get a first prototype in front of players, then use their feedback to guide more hands-on development and modelling. That’s why I chose this workflow. I should have explained it accurately.
I removed the disclosure instead of correcting it when people challenged it. I’m sorry for the misleading claim. The footage is recorded from the Unreal Engine prototype. I understand that the subreddit doesn’t allow games that rely heavily on AI and that the post may be removed.
TITAN CREW is a co-op project for 1–4 players aboard the TC-01 MULE, a 27-metre walking machine. The current prototype has driving, a traversable interior, machine systems and repair interactions. The expedition is a testbed for those foundations.
The longer-term ambition is a much larger open or semi-open world, with the Titan as your crew’s shared home, vehicle and industrial tool. The loop I want to explore is taking a contract, preparing the machine, heading out, dealing with unexpected problems, recovering something or helping with a disaster, then returning to repair and adapt the Titan.
Salvage, industrial rescue and encounters with other huge machines are some of the directions I’m exploring. Customisable machines and optional PvPvE are also possibilities. These are ideas for the game to grow into; the prototype is currently focused on testing the machine and crew interactions.
What would you want your crew to take on with a machine like this?

My wife and I have been into brick sets for years, so I made Calm Bricks, a game that tries to capture what building one actually feels like.
You open the bags, hunt for the right piece in the pile (or sort everything first if that's your style), and build from an interactive manual you can rotate and switch between view modes.
Also I'm planning a creative mode where you design your own model, and the game generates step-by-step instructions for it, so you can build it the same way.
I'd love to hear what you think!

Hi guys!
My partner and I are working on a co-op game where you play as a bunch of demons who have been given temporary legal guardianship of sprog, the heir to hell.
We announced the game a few days ago with this trailer and we wanted to get feedback on it! We have just come off a 2.5 year journey on our previous game so wanted to jump into something fun and silly so we could just muck around.
Does it look fun and does the trailer make you want to play?
Thanks so much!
I’d love to hear your ideas - what kind of environments would you like to build in next?
Hi all, im working on Portscape. A port building/manager game. Here is a video of how a single container is handled from ship to truck to train terminal to eventually leave by train. The game is still in development and I hope to release a demo soon! Made in Godot ofcourse!
You can find the steam page here if you're interested: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5334580/Portscape/
I've wanted to make a game like this for a long time, inspired by Satisfactory and Dyson Sphere Program.
It's called Beyond the Cradle. The idea is to grow from a small colony into an interplanetary production network, eventually building megastructures like a Dyson sphere.
Each planet is meant to change how you build and manage your colony, with its own resources and challenges. I want reaching a new world to mean more than a change of scenery.
It's still a work in progress, but here's some gameplay showing how its worlds are coming together in Godot 4. I'd love some honest feedback on what you see so far. What would you change or improve? Is there anything that feels confusing, missing, or out of place?
If this sounds like your kind of game, a wishlist on Steam would mean a lot and really help the project. Thanks for taking a look!
I shared the calmer island side of Red Skies at Dawn recently. This clip is back aboard the boat, with a rather different view ahead.
I'm the solo developer, and this is in-development footage of the waterspout and storm effects. I'm working towards that feeling of being very small out on the water, especially when the sky starts closing in.
What sells the scale for you here, and what still feels off?
If the game interests you, you can wishlist Red Skies at Dawn on Steam. Thanks for taking a look.
I'm still building Waterfalls Dream - a game with realtime 3d water physics and satisfying terrain sculpting. Today I bring you camera focus, wind, rain and software cursor. Everything starts feeling so much more alive!

The game's called Third Bloc, and I'm making it on my own. You start in 1945 with a small, poor republic. You build up your industry, send spies abroad to steal technology and recruit scientists, and try to keep the US and USSR off your back. If you can afford it, you can also develop your own nuclear and space programs.
The free demo lets you play the first 24 turns of the 90-turn campaign. If you give it a try, let me know what you think. And if you enjoy it, adding it to your wishlist would help me a lot :)

Two survivors crash-land on a world nobody has seen before. No missions, no victory screen: just keeping them alive and slowly working out how the place works.
This is run three of Farcamp, the colony survival game I'm building, and the first run through its brand-new beginner tutorial, made for an upcoming private beta with friends and family. I play it the way a new player would and fix what breaks as I go: pausing in multiplayer, a coyote warning nobody notices, sleeping on the ground, feeding a collapsed colonist. Then comes a -4° night, the fire burns the sticks I needed for beds, and the food and water run out. Verdict: too hard for a beginner.
Part two, how the fix got made (from this playthrough's transcript to a redesign): https://youtu.be/N6IoSPiV1Ro

I spent two months on solo game development for a new fishing factory game. Here is how I refined the concept from scratch.
After working on a project that dragged on for four years, I needed a faster, more focused workflow. This video breaks down my process for prototyping a unique mix of fishing and factory automation, showing exactly how I iterated on the core loops and 3D models to keep the scope manageable.
If you are interested in indie game design, you will see how I handled the UI elements and early gameplay testing. By focusing on a shorter dev cycle, I was able to get a playable version running much faster than my previous attempts at game development. I also share the challenges of building systems without a professional art director and why this specific approach to game mechanics helped me stay motivated.

184 days later, my game finally looks like it was made by someone who knows what they're doing 😅
I spent two years building Summit of Elements - a cozy pixel-art farming adventure where you bend the elements instead of just using tools. Stardew Valley meets Avatar: The Last Airbender. 🌿🔥💧🌪
But every part of the game was coming together EXCEPT the menus. I have 10 years of web development experience and I still could NOT make a game UI that didn't look like developer art. So I did the thing I swore I wouldn't... I hired help.
This is the story of losing my ego, why I didn't let AI just do it, and how hiring a real UI designer changed the whole game.
