What belongs here

Games can be early experiments, works in progress or finished releases, made with or without AI, by creators of any size. Import a public creator post or write a post directly here. Add useful context and a game link when available; images and video are welcome, but are not required.

Submit accurate links and credit. Do not impersonate a creator, submit spam or unrelated content, or manipulate votes. A pseudonym and email-code sign-in do not verify creator ownership.

Free submissions and discovery

Submission and browsing are free. There are no paid placements or sponsorships. Source checks look for technical problems, duplicates and abuse; uncertain cases stay unpublished for human review. Approval does not guarantee publication at a particular time, a ranking, traffic or a search-engine benefit.

Your first native post is reviewed before publication. An account is optional: keep your private receipt to follow and manage that post for 180 days, or link an account for longer-term access. A receipt for importing a source or reporting a problem does not make you the owner of that listing.

After a reviewed submission, the operator may explicitly recognise its linked account for future submissions. Recognition can be revoked. Signing in alone does not grant recognition or verify creator ownership. Recognised accounts may submit supported posts without waiting for human review when automatic checks pass; unavailable or uncertain sources still need review.

Votes belong to each post. Catalogue order balances votes and age since first publication here; search also considers relevance. There is no weekly reset, and an edit or vote does not make a post new again. Older published posts stay in the catalogue.

The separate “Newly submitted” slot rotates among eligible approved visitor submissions for 48 hours from actual publication here. Posts collected for the catalogue and resubmissions of an existing entry do not qualify. It is separate from the manually selected featured game and does not guarantee an amount of exposure.

Updates and source material

A substantive update can have its own post: new gameplay, a major feature or a release, for example. Repeating the same promotion does not renew exposure. Verified game links can connect related posts; each keeps its votes and conversation.

Credit and a source link do not, by themselves, give permission to republish someone else’s work. Sending a third-party link does not grant us a licence to its text, images, video, music or avatar. Share links and material you are entitled to share; we may ask for evidence or permission before using media. Rights concerns can be reviewed even when a post is accurately attributed.

For a native post, confirm that you may share its text and media and allow PostYourGame to display, host and prepare them for this showcase. Native contact and game links are provided by the author; they do not carry an identity or playable-game verification badge.

Share tools are free and editable. Choose discovery or “My game” wording honestly, then review and send on X, Threads or Bluesky, or copy the text and public link. We do not use social posting APIs, post automatically or require sharing. Public contact links and source discussion links are distinct; no reply or notification is guaranteed.

Game spaces and teams

A game space gathers a presentation, history, participation requests and a general discussion. It can be useful without a representative. A declared or confirmed relationship gives only the game capabilities granted after review; it is not a general rights certification or publication trust.

Responsible members manage their team. Editors cannot promote themselves or become operators. Team members have no right to hide criticism, independent posts or other people’s replies. If a responsible member is unavailable, or authority is disputed, request a private review from the game management page. Relevant evidence is reviewed and known team members receive an in-app notice where possible. Insufficient evidence does not grant control. An operator can pause sensitive management while keeping public history and discussion available.

Choose personal or collective authorship explicitly before publishing a game update. A published collective contribution may remain with a nonidentifying signature if its contributor deletes their account. Personal posts retain their author’s deletion rights and are never converted by a later team change. Private game-space and saved-feedback drafts expire after 180 days without a saved edit. Their editors show the expiry date; an expired account draft cannot be silently restored by retrying an old request. You may deliberately start a new draft from text still in your tab. Bounded manual cleanup and storage retries happen separately, and native post drafts retain their existing rules.

Public profiles are optional. Game follows, creator follows and activity read markers are private and send no email. Following a creator does not follow every game automatically.

Comments and moderation

Keep comments and replies constructive and relevant. Do not post harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, spam, impersonation, illegal material or someone else’s private information. Comments are plain text and public under your pseudonym. Your sign-in email is private.

You can delete your own comments. Their text is erased, and a placeholder can remain to preserve replies. Optional in-app reply notifications are off by default and can be changed in your Settings.

Use Report beneath a comment for a private moderation report and save its receipt to track the decision. Reporting does not automatically hide content. Moderators can hide or restore comments and block or unblock abusive profiles. To ask for a decision to be reviewed, contact us with the affected link and relevant context.

Corrections, removal and rights concerns

Use the correction and removal form for a listing, or email hello@postyourgame.com. You do not need an account. Include the affected listing or media link, the problem and, for a rights concern, your connection to the work or authority to act. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

We review the information and may correct a credit, restrict a post or remove material. If you disagree with a decision, reply with relevant evidence so we can review it.

If you wrote a post here, use its private receipt or linked account to propose a correction, withdraw it or create a substantive update. Changes may need review. An edit does not restart votes, publication date or the 48-hour window. Deleting a linked account withdraws its personal native posts and removes their text and media, including revisions, through the deletion process. Explicitly collective published contributions can remain without a personal signature; unpublished drafts and unapproved uploads are removed. Independent contributions and other people’s replies remain. The last responsible member may delete their account too; useful history can remain without representation, while an empty space is withdrawn. Storage cleanup and temporary caches can delay removal of copies.

Read Privacy for personal-data requests, private reports and retention. Games, external sources and download destinations have their own terms and support; PostYourGame does not sell or provide support for those games.
