Just rolled out some neat mods! Gold pickups give bonus points & time, while red ones hit you with point drain & a speed surge. Adds a cool dynamic to gameplay. Check out the details:

I decided to port my game to Android since I'm actually a fan of Android gaming (got myself one of those handhelds). Of course I had to add cloud saves and achievements too. If you got a controller that works too.

Get it from Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nerdstakeover.tearscape

The rhythm shooter hybrid I am working on. Not sure how well this reads in a video clip already, but I'd love to hear some feedback. Can you tell how it works and can you picture yourself playing it? Should have a demo ready fairly soon. #screenshotsaturday #godot #indiedev https://t.co/d3KkbIRcVx

I've been working on Pendulo, a small timing-based browser game.

The goal is simple: release the ball at the right moment and land it as close to the center of the platform as possible. Each successful hit makes the challenge a little harder.

It takes a few seconds to learn, but getting a really high score is another story.

👉 Play Pendulo: https://tapokgames.com/pendulo.html

I'd love to hear your feedback - especially how far you can get and whether the difficulty feels right.

Even though my game, DunHero, has a co-op mode for up to 4 players both on split screen and via Steam friends. I never thought that my game was, after all, also in a "Friend Slop" category

I'm experimenting with this new project. A clicker game where you should go against what's expected. Enjoy, if you play it, and feel free to give me your feedbacks!

Trying to design distinctive weapons for our game. Works with the metroidvania formula because we scatter 20 different weapons around the map for people to discover and adds to the sense of exploration. They also combo well together! https://t.co/tfA6CD0WhH

Bone Tide is officially out on the App Store and Google Play 🎉 The React Native @expo version runs on the exact same TypeGPU engine as the Web game, shared 1:1 between both platforms. Only the UI was ported to React

This was made possible by some amazing work across the React Native open source ecosystem. Huge thanks to @wcandillon for react-native-webgpu and for always helping me resolve any issues incredibly quickly :D

I think it’s a pretty cool showcase of what can be built with React Native nowadays. More details about the libraries used in the 🧵 featuring what might be the ultimate @swmansion stack

A gameplay video is starting to become a game prompt.

I gave Codex + GPT-5.6 a simple screen recording of a fake mobile game ad, and it managed to analyze what was happening on screen, infer the missing mechanics, then turn it into a functional playable prototype.

This could completely change the fake game ad business.

Until now, these ads were an extremely effective way to test whether a gameplay concept could attract clicks before spending time and money building the real game.

But there is now a new risk: the moment an ad goes viral, indie developers can take the same video, feed it to an AI coding agent, recreate the core gameplay and release an actual playable version before the original advertiser ever does.

Fake game ads may still be useful for validating demand.

But they could also become free game design documents for thousands of developers watching them.

The companies making these ads are no longer only testing whether a market exists.

They may be publicly revealing the next indie game opportunity.
